Espresso machine - advice on servicing - Local Resident (8th May 2023 23:02:24)
Hello folks
I have inherited quite a fancy De Longhi coffee maker.
I am trying to find someone to repair/ service it.
The internet is not massively helpful.
Any suggestions in our area?

Try searching on U tube I have serviced my Delonghi bean to coffee machine, you need to know which of the many models you have and there's lots of videos showing you how to service.

Thanks for this - I should have been more clear in my original post. The situation needs an 'engineer' or similar. Youtube vids etc are not enough.

Hi,
We had the same problem with our De Longhi coffee machine and ended up sending it back to De Longhi.
They were excellent. Superb Customer services, which makes a change nowadays!
They collected the machine and diagnosed the problem before quoting
us for the repair; (at which point you can decide to proceed with the quoted repair or have it returned for a total charge of just £15)
We decided to get it repaired , which cost £70 + VAT but was worth it !
