desperately need help with washing machine - wont drain - full of water

.... probably needs the pump filter cleaning out.

Try calling CJ Hampshire. They can usually arrange for a repair person to come out. 01428 722416.
Alternatively you could try Gillett and Holden in Haslemere, who also do repairs.

I had same problem last week ,mines a bosch.i looked on u tube and itwas easily fixed,it was a coin stuck in the pump filter. sorted it myself.
